FOREWORD

This handbook has been prepared following consultations and negotiations with recognised staff representatives of UNISON. The terms and conditions of service, collective agreements and University Policies and Procedures which it contains apply to all Administrative, Professional, Clerical and Technical staff of the University.

The University is a member of the national negotiating forum for Higher Education and as such will continue to take note of agreements reached through the national negotiating process.
